Terms of Service

1. Services

Eltham Coworking provides access to:

• Private offices
• Dedicated desks
• Shared coworking facilities

Access is provided on a monthly membership basis.

2. Memberships and Billing

• Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum term
• Payments are made in advance and automatically renew each month
• You may start your membership at any time. Your billing cycle begins from your selected start date
• Your access to the space begins once your payment is successfully processed

3. Non-Payment

If payment is not received:

• Access to the space may be restricted immediately
• If payment remains outstanding for 14 days, your membership may be terminated

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel your membership with at least 7 days' notice prior to your next billing date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are provided for any unused time

5. Access and Use

Members are granted 24/7 access to the workspace.

Access is for your use only and must not be shared.

Guests are permitted, provided they:

• Do not disrupt other members
• Comply with these Terms

You agree to:

• Use the space for lawful purposes only
• Be respectful of the space and other members
• Maintain a professional and considerate environment

6. Workspace Allocation

Desks and offices are assigned spaces.

We reserve the right to reassign or relocate members to a different space if required.

7. Internet and Services

Internet and other services are provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee uptime, speed, or uninterrupted access.

8. Damage and Cleaning

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.

We may charge reasonable costs for repairs or additional cleaning if required.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Engage in illegal activity
• Cause damage to the property
• Create excessive noise or disruption
• Store hazardous or dangerous materials

We may terminate your access if these rules are breached.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Eltham Coworking is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your property
• We are not liable for any business interruption, loss of income, or indirect damages

You use the space at your own risk.

11. Changes to Services, Pricing and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Change pricing
• Modify available spaces
• Update services or facilities
• Relocate members within the space
• Update these Terms

We may make these changes by providing at least 30 days' written notice.

12. Termination

We may terminate your membership immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to make payment
• Your behaviour negatively impacts other members or the workspace

No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
